Small firms often sell with a principal and deliver with juniors. Here the person on the discovery call is the person doing the work, which is both the constraint and the point.
DevOps Chief is the consulting practice of Samer Habash, a lead DevOps engineer with more than seven years in the discipline and several years of systems and network operations before that. The work is grounded in running production systems rather than advising on them from a distance — which mostly shows up as a bias against designs that look elegant and are miserable to operate.

Working languages
English, Arabic and Hebrew — useful when an engagement spans Gulf and Israeli teams and the architecture conversation needs to happen in the room rather than through a translation layer.
Larger engagements
Some work needs more than one pair of hands, or a specialism outside the core six service lines. For those engagements the practice brings in associate engineers on a freelance basis — people with their own production track record in AWS architecture, multi-account governance and disaster recovery.
The arrangement is stated plainly up front: you will know before signing who is doing which part of the work, and the engineer you meet on the discovery call stays on the engagement throughout. Nobody is handed off to a delivery team they have never spoken to.
